Turn a successful task into a reusable working guide
A reusable guide should capture what made the task repeatable, including required inputs and known failure conditions.

Start with a small handoff
Select a role by its working guide and deliverables, then verify the connected AI tool and workspace. Keep the first run small enough that you can inspect every output. The desktop needs to stay running while work executes. Marketplace sign-in, model access and file-generation tools are separate setup requirements; a success in one does not prove the others are ready.
Inputs for this workflow: A reviewed brief, accepted output and notes about corrections.
Work through the task
- Extract stable instructions from one-off details.
- Add a small test case and review checklist.
A brief you can adapt
Draft a working guide with prerequisites, input contract, procedure, output contract and limits. Replace private examples with safe fixtures.
The filenames above are examples. Replace them with your actual inputs and destination before submitting the task.
Review the deliverable
Run the guide on a second representative input and note where the instructions still require guessing.
Where this approach can fail
One successful run is not broad validation. Keep the guide’s scope tied to the cases you have actually reviewed.
