Apply a slide theme with a reviewable checklist

Theme cleanup should make typography, spacing and colors consistent while preserving the underlying message. Provide the actual brand choices instead of asking the tool to guess.

Prepare the slide brief

Supply the audience, decision to support, time available and approved source material. Ask for a content outline before detailed slide production when the story is still uncertain. Generating PPTX requires compatible tools. Review the original presentation and, when rendering tools are available, inspect slide images for clipping and small text; text extraction alone cannot verify a deck.

Inputs for this workflow: A presentation plus approved fonts, colors and logo assets.

Work through the task

  1. Inventory inconsistent elements.
  2. Apply a small set of slide layouts and text styles.

A brief you can adapt

Create a themed copy and a change list. Keep chart scales and source references unchanged. Flag unavailable fonts rather than substituting silently.

The filenames above are examples. Replace them with your actual inputs and destination before submitting the task.

Review the deliverable

Inspect rendered slides for clipping, contrast and alignment, especially tables and long headings.

Where this approach can fail

A PPTX file opening successfully does not establish that the intended fonts rendered correctly.
