Outline a pitch deck without inventing traction

An early pitch often lacks verified metrics. Separate actual evidence, hypotheses and plans so the draft does not imply traction that was never measured.

Prepare the slide brief

Supply the audience, decision to support, time available and approved source material. Ask for a content outline before detailed slide production when the story is still uncertain. Generating PPTX requires compatible tools. Review the original presentation and, when rendering tools are available, inspect slide images for clipping and small text; text extraction alone cannot verify a deck.

Inputs for this workflow: Approved product description, known customer evidence and current plans.

Work through the task

  1. Label supplied facts and assumptions.
  2. Create a narrative with explicit evidence gaps.

A brief you can adapt

Produce a pitch outline covering problem, audience, approach, evidence and next milestone. Mark missing metrics as Data needed rather than creating example growth numbers.

The filenames above are examples. Replace them with your actual inputs and destination before submitting the task.

Review the deliverable

Check every number and customer claim against an approved source.

Where this approach can fail

Do not present fictional logos, testimonials or projections as achieved results.
