Write speaker notes that support the slide
Speaker notes should explain the visible evidence, not introduce unapproved claims.

Speaker notes should explain the visible evidence, not introduce unapproved claims. Tie each note to the slide’s message and allotted time.
Prepare the slide brief
Supply the audience, decision to support, time available and approved source material. Ask for a content outline before detailed slide production when the story is still uncertain. Generating PPTX requires compatible tools. Review the original presentation and, when rendering tools are available, inspect slide images for clipping and small text; text extraction alone cannot verify a deck.
Inputs for this workflow: A reviewed deck, source memo and target presentation duration.
Work through the task
- Estimate the time available per section.
- Write transitions and explanations anchored to slide content.
A brief you can adapt
Draft notes with an opening sentence, evidence explanation and transition for each slide. Mark questions needing the presenter to supply experience.
The filenames above are examples. Replace them with your actual inputs and destination before submitting the task.
Review the deliverable
Rehearse the presentation and remove notes that cannot be delivered naturally in the allotted time.
Where this approach can fail
Do not invent personal anecdotes or quotations on behalf of the presenter.
