Create a training deck with practice tasks
Training works better when learners do something with the information.

Training works better when learners do something with the information. Ask for a demonstration, a practice exercise and a way to check it.
Prepare the slide brief
Supply the audience, decision to support, time available and approved source material. Ask for a content outline before detailed slide production when the story is still uncertain. Generating PPTX requires compatible tools. Review the original presentation and, when rendering tools are available, inspect slide images for clipping and small text; text extraction alone cannot verify a deck.
Inputs for this workflow: Approved procedure, learner prerequisites and a safe sample task.
Work through the task
- Break the procedure into learning objectives.
- Pair each objective with a practice activity.
A brief you can adapt
Draft a training deck with an example walkthrough, exercises and answer notes. Mark any procedure detail missing from the source.
The filenames above are examples. Replace them with your actual inputs and destination before submitting the task.
Review the deliverable
Have a new learner attempt one exercise using only the deck and supplied sample.
Where this approach can fail
Do not invent operational permissions or production access for a training example.
