Review a generated deck before presenting it
Deck review has two layers: correct content and readable visual output.

Deck review has two layers: correct content and readable visual output. Checking only the text leaves clipping, misplaced objects and tiny labels undetected.
Prepare the slide brief
Supply the audience, decision to support, time available and approved source material. Ask for a content outline before detailed slide production when the story is still uncertain. Generating PPTX requires compatible tools. Review the original presentation and, when rendering tools are available, inspect slide images for clipping and small text; text extraction alone cannot verify a deck.
Inputs for this workflow: The PPTX, original brief and source material.
Work through the task
- Check slide order and claims first.
- Open or render every slide at presentation size.
A brief you can adapt
Create review.md listing content issues, visual issues and the slide number for each. Distinguish checks actually performed from checks requiring another tool.
The filenames above are examples. Replace them with your actual inputs and destination before submitting the task.
Review the deliverable
Review the corrected deck again on the slides that changed and any shared layout they use.
Where this approach can fail
Do not report visual approval when the environment only extracted slide text.
