What should I do when my desktop session expires?

Sign into the selected marketplace again. Follow the desktop steps and verify the result.

Sign into the selected marketplace again. An expired remote session does not mean that local employee snapshots, drafts and output files have been deleted.

Before you begin

The marketplace account belongs to the server address you sign into. It is separate from your AI provider login and from the local desktop office. Account access does not include model credits. Check the current pricing page before assuming checkout or a paid subscription is available.

Steps

  1. Check the saved marketplace address.
  2. Open Discover’s sign-in controls.
  3. Authenticate again.
  4. Return to the profile or publication you were using.

Example

If a remote catalog request fails while existing local employees remain visible, inspect authentication and server health before changing your local office data.

Check the result

Confirm that remote browsing works again and that local task history is still present.

Limits and troubleshooting

Do not reset or delete the local office to repair an account session. Local storage and remote authentication are separate concerns.
