Getting started

How do I choose files for a task?

Attach the minimum set of relevant source files and explain what each contains.

Attach the minimum set of relevant source files and explain what each contains. The task brief should identify which file wins when two sources disagree.

Before you begin

OfficeCubs is a desktop application. The public console manages accounts; it does not run the desktop task engine in your browser. Public signed installers are still marked coming soon on the download page. These instructions apply to an available desktop build, including a build from the project source.

Steps

  1. Make a working copy of important source material.
  2. Select the needed attachments in the task composer.
  3. Explain filenames, date ranges and any conflicting versions.

Example

Use prices-approved.csv as the source of truth; use old-catalog.csv only to identify changed descriptions. Save a separate comparison report rather than overwriting either input.

Check the result

Read the task’s input list before sending, then compare the result against the authoritative file.

Limits and troubleshooting

An attachment being available does not prove that the tool read all of it. Ask for source references and review important rows yourself.
