How do I share company context with teammates?

The Company playbook holds shared business context, tone and working rules.

The Company playbook holds shared business context, tone and working rules. Keep it focused on stable guidance and put task-specific facts into the brief or attachments.

Before you begin

A teammate combines a role, working guide and selected resources. Character appearance does not determine the AI model. Local employees, creator drafts and marketplace publications are separate records: changing one does not automatically replace all the others. Review the relevant record before starting a task.

Steps

  1. Open Office settings and Company playbook.
  2. Describe audience, preferred terminology and constraints.
  3. Save.
  4. Start a new task to use the updated context.

Example

Define the approved product name and a rule to mark unknown launch dates explicitly. Attach the actual release plan to each launch-writing task.

Check the result

Ask for a small draft and check the shared terminology against the saved playbook.

Limits and troubleshooting

Existing tasks retain their saved context. Updating the playbook does not rewrite a running task, and it should never contain credentials.
