Getting started
What should I put in a task brief?
Name the input, audience, output format and acceptance criteria.

Name the input, audience, output format and acceptance criteria. A concrete brief reduces the number of decisions the tool must guess and gives you a clear way to review the result.
Before you begin
OfficeCubs is a desktop application. The public console manages accounts; it does not run the desktop task engine in your browser. Public signed installers are still marked coming soon on the download page. These instructions apply to an available desktop build, including a build from the project source.
Steps
- State which supplied files are authoritative.
- Specify the destination filename and audience.
- List exclusions and how to handle missing information.
Example
Using agenda.md, draft outputs/recap.md for the project team. Include decisions and open questions separately. Keep quoted dates unchanged and do not invent attendance.
Check the result
Check the requested sections, destination and exclusions before judging the prose style.
Limits and troubleshooting
A brief is guidance to an AI tool. It is not a permission system or a guarantee that the tool cannot access other available resources.
