How do I connect Lark or Feishu?

Open the guided browser authorization flow from Messaging apps and use the intended organization. The service must have the relevant provider application and authorization origin configured.

Before you begin

Messaging submits work to an existing desktop teammate. Keep OfficeCubs running, connected to the internet and able to use its AI tool. Check both the provider connection and the task result: a bot connection can be healthy while the selected work engine still needs attention.

Steps

1. Choose Lark & Feishu.
2. Follow the browser authorization prompts.
3. Return to OfficeCubs and select a teammate.
4. Review allowed senders and finish the connection.

When you belong to multiple organizations, check the organization shown by the authorization page before approving the app.

Check the result

Send a small private test request and confirm that the chosen desktop teammate receives it.

Limits and troubleshooting

An operator’s missing provider configuration cannot be fixed by repeating authorization. Manual setup is available for an existing organizational app.
