Queued tasks are waiting for capacity or workspace access. Waiting for input means the CLI needs a response. These states require different actions, so read the status before restarting work.
Before you begin
Task status describes execution, not whether the result is factually correct or ready to publish. Keep the original input and inspect the actual output file. Task details, results and execution events provide different evidence; use them together when deciding whether to accept, revise or retry work.
Steps
- Open Task board and choose In progress or Needs attention.
- Inspect the specific task.
- Check running work for queue delays or open Terminal for input.
Example
A permission question in the terminal will not be resolved by raising the concurrency limit. Read and answer the pending request instead.
Check the result
Check that a new event appears after resolving the actual cause, then inspect the resulting files.
Limits and troubleshooting
Do not approve a prompt without reading it. The required action may involve file writes or a command outside the requested task.
