Task board’s Needs attention view groups tasks waiting for input, failed or interrupted work, and results that need review. Use it as a review queue rather than assuming all non-running tasks are done.

Before you begin

Task status describes execution, not whether the result is factually correct or ready to publish. Keep the original input and inspect the actual output file. Task details, results and execution events provide different evidence; use them together when deciding whether to accept, revise or retry work.

Steps

  1. Open Task board and select Needs attention.
  2. Read each task’s status and latest event.
  3. Open the terminal or result as appropriate.

Example

An unverified result may contain a useful file even though OfficeCubs could not confirm successful completion. Inspect it before deciding whether to retry.

Check the result

Resolve each item’s underlying issue and review the output; simply opening a notification does not complete the task.

Limits and troubleshooting

Search and teammate filters can remain active when changing quick views. Clear filters if expected tasks seem to be missing.
