Disable a schedule through its editor when you want to stop future automatic submissions while retaining its configuration. Review active tasks separately.
Before you begin
Schedules are executed by the desktop app on your computer. The marketplace server does not take over when your laptop sleeps. Test the underlying task manually before scheduling it, and inspect the next run time in the selected timezone after saving or editing the schedule.
Steps
- Open Schedules or the teammate’s Schedules tab.
- Edit the intended entry.
- Disable it and save.
- Inspect Task board for work already accepted.
Example
Pause a weekly catalog summary while its source export format is changing, then test the revised manual task before enabling it again.
Check the result
Confirm the schedule is disabled and that no unexpected new task appears at its next planned time.
Limits and troubleshooting
Disabling future submissions is not the same as cancelling an already running task. Use task controls for accepted work.
