Schedules
What happens to missed scheduled runs?
After an offline period, each missed schedule catches up once.

After an offline period, each missed schedule catches up once. OfficeCubs does not replay every missed interval as a separate task, so the brief should handle the current source state.
Before you begin
Schedules are executed by the desktop app on your computer. The marketplace server does not take over when your laptop sleeps. Test the underlying task manually before scheduling it, and inspect the next run time in the selected timezone after saving or editing the schedule.
Steps
- Open the app after downtime.
- Review the schedule and resulting catch-up task.
- Confirm which period the task processed.
- Run any specifically missing report deliberately.
Example
If three daily exports accumulated while the app was closed, ask the task to identify the dates present instead of pretending a catch-up run represents three executions.
Check the result
Compare source dates with output dates and record any reporting gaps.
Limits and troubleshooting
A catch-up is not a historical replay of files as they existed on each missed day. Preserve dated input snapshots if historical reconstruction matters.
