What is included in an exported teammate package?

The package includes defined role fields such as instructions, examples, deliverables, author, license and reference links. It does not automatically collect task history, credentials or output files.

Before you begin

A teammate combines a role, working guide and selected resources. Character appearance does not determine the AI model. Local employees, creator drafts and marketplace publications are separate records: changing one does not automatically replace all the others. Review the relevant record before starting a task.

Steps

1. Review the role’s complete text.
2. Remove private details pasted into instructions.
3. Export the package.
4. Inspect the exported content before sharing.

Example

Replace a real customer’s confidential onboarding notes with a small fictional example before distributing a customer-success role.

Check the result

Confirm that the package contains only material you intended to share and that its license matches your rights.

Limits and troubleshooting

Information manually pasted into a guide is still package content. Automatic credential exclusion cannot remove secrets embedded in prose.
